Details: 2001 Mercury Sable LS with 100,940 mi. It has a new rear converter, new plugs, wires, and ignition coil, and has the leather interior, sunroof, climate control and V6 engine. Has cd player w/remote but no antenna for radio (was like that when I bought it, but I don´t care for radio so I didn´t mind). KBB value is $3,790 for this vehicle in good condition w/101,000 miles. Even with the couple minor tweaks it needs, this is well below value and could easily be re-sold at a profit for only a few bucks if one is so inclined and has the time. PLEASE READ:::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::I have a master cylinder w/reservoir for it; just needs put on. The one that´s on it works, the reservoir is just loose. Got a whole new unit that can be put on, or the reservoir can simply be taken off and replaced. Whichever you prefer.Also doesn´t have functioning a/c. Has bypass pulley installed per mechanic. Another thing I never noticed when I bought it until a year later when I was going on a trip. Decided to try to charge it up in case I needed it, and that´s when I found out. I priced a used compressor a while back at Pickup City and it was 50 bucks. Again, don´t use a/c much, if at all, so I didn´t get it put in.UPDATE: Car now has a battery. Started right up, even after sitting. Nice sounding engine.It also comes with a couple of things. I have a set of back brakes and brake hardware that I bought ahead of time for when they needed changed. There is also a new oil filter, the vehicle manual (it was printed out from a comp., but it´s there) and cd player paperwork, a new steering wheel cover if you want it, a bottle of touch-up paint, the brake master cylinder w/reservoir, and I think there´s still a bottle of leather cleaner/conditioner w/some cleaner left in it as well. Oh, and also a headlamp assembly. Was yellowed due to moisture but was replaced. Bulb still good, headlamp, bulb, and retainers all present. Would make a good back up if ever there was an emergency.
