Details: I am selling my 1972 Mercury Montego Mx 351w, I had recently had the engine rebuilt using the original engine block, which had been bored out during the process to have any imperfections taken out. I had them put a Edelbrock Performer Series 650 cfm carburetor on top of a Edelbrock Performance Air-Gap Intake Manifold. I had them put a new camshaft from Comp Cams in it also. Everything internally in the engine is completely new: pistons, valves, lifters, rollers, ect. The interior of the car is completely original, there are some minor tears in the front bench seat. The paint is also completely original, with some minor scratches, nothing too noticeable. At around 88,000 we had the rebuild on the engine. I have completed the rear end --new 3:55 gear set and differencial all new seals,bearings,brakes etc. also planned on changing to a four speed car so I have a restored toploader trans all pedals and linkage necassary to do so..also have new floor pans and many other new parts to complete the car...The car now sits on a Rotisserie .Most of the crap work is done...old floors removed rear torque boxes redone.. rear frame rails removed and replaced.
